Summary:
Prabhakar and Satya are good friends. They live in the same colony in opposite houses and both of their fathers work in the Police Department. Both Satya and Prabhakar are graduates, while
Prabhakar is very keen to become S.I. of Police, Satya doesn't want to work in police department. Later by turn of events, Satya takes help of his maternal uncle, who is P.A. to a Minister and gets selected for S.I. post adopting back-door methods.

Prabhakar, who worked hard to pass in the S.I. examination, gets failed. This makes Prabhakar feel dejected and he starts hating Satya for his failure. A kidnappers gang is secretly operating in that area headed by Koti and his associate Daya. Once in the past Satya had a tiff with Koti, but Satya is unaware of Koti's business. Satya completes police training and is posted as Trainee S.I. in the same area. Meanwhile Prabhakar falls in to depression and starts boozing heavily.

Daya befriends Prabhakar and taking advantage from Prabhakar's hatred towards Satya, uses him in his kidnapping activities, without his knowledge. How, as a police officer and a friend, Satya tries to save Prabhakar.... how prabhakar got into the clutches of kidnapping gang and how prabhakar realises his mistake, is the rest of the story.

Scanning:
It can be said, no other movie as engrossing as this one, was seen in recent times. The way director Mysskin moulded the picture, is really commendable. Its every frame reflects director's talent. He managed well in keeping the viewer's attention glued on the screen. Though it is a dubbed movie, the so called Tamil 'over'ness is missing in it. All the actors have performed well and to the extent it required. The narration tempo has been maintained intact till the end. Though its story revolves around two friends, the elements of corruption and crime prevalent in the society today..... how the present youth get affected by them and and what are the practices police adopts to weed them out, has been aptly woven into it. The only minus point is that this is a dubbed movie and that may keep away people from the theater.
